What does a Mortgage Broker do and what services do you offer?

Been in the industry a fair few years and my response to this is always the same. Like with most things in life, dependant on which broker you use, determines what your broker does for you and the service and expertise you’ll get.

For me, given my years in the industry working with my clients on a very broad range of property financing from Buy to Let, Limited Company, Bridging as well as Residential purchases, you have the peace of mind knowing you’re in safe hands with numerous options available to ensure the lowest cost outcome.

I always look to be consultive, using my years of experience to ensure we proceed with the right lender, given your requirements and your plans. On hand to guide through the process right from the initial enquiry, through to ensuring your application is packaged in the appropriate manner, submitted in a timely fashion, offered and deal with Solicitors to see everything through to completion. Keeping in touch at every step along the way.

Unlike most brokers, I prefer to be more results based rather charging a fee upfront. Our fees are payable on Mortgage Offer, not submission and will be dependent on the complexity of the deal. There is absolutely no upfront fee from us.
